The Majak holiday home is on a hill on the outskirts of the pleasant village of Zvirotice. The country house is divided into seven apartments, which were all renovated in 2005. Your apartment (44m2) is situated on the ground floor. The house and the terraces offer a great view of the river Vltava and the rolling hills. Around the house is a large fenced off private garden available for use by the guests of the apartments. There is also a swimming pool, a barbecue space and playing space for children. On the ground floor there is the reception and a bar. Further there is a game-room with table tennis, billiard, darts and a fitness tool. This is all for communal use.The village is situated on the widening of the river and is very popular both with Czechs and others for the possibilities it offers for holidays. You can swim in the river in the summer. You can also enjoy the rocky shores sailing in a canoe or a dinghy or just take in the natural beauty of the coastline.Twice a week, a boat arrives with which you can sail to well known castles along the river. There are also various walking- and cycling paths set out around the house.And there are also various well-known cities in the area that are absolutely worth visiting:- Pribam: known for its monastery and mining museum- Sedlecany: with various pleasant restaurants- Prague: a capital city with several beautiful sightsGround floor: 1 corridor, 1 open plan kitchen (microwave), 1 living/diningroom (double sofa bed, TV (satellite), french doors), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet). The Manager can also arrange drinks and light refreshments during the day bearing in mind he lives in one of the apartments.You can order breakfast the evening before for EUR 3.50.You can also use the barbecue. For this, you can buy wood from the Manager.
