2-room apartment 40 m2: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Alcove with 2 x 1 bunk beds. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, oven). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, south facing position. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The sitting room can be used as a bedroom: 1 double divan bed or 1 pullout bed. The properties are throughout 2 small residences "Bellevue" and "Les Fougeres", built in the hillside in 2 different parts of the resort. The residence groups together 12 apartments over 3 floors with no lift. First ski lifts 200-400 m according to the residence. Pets are extra (16 Euros/Week). In the house: ski storage. Shop, grocers, shopping centre, restaurant 400 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The properties must be left clean on departure (it is possible to arrange final cleaning to be paid for on site). Covered parking extra (61 Euros/week) or free outdoor parking. Included in the Club price: hire of sheets, TV, local taxes, the Club card gives you discounts on ski hire, garage, discounts in some shops. |
