This holiday home is situated on a lovely, hilly dune plot behind the outermost range of dunes. The living room, terrace and plot offer fabulous views over the sea, and the plot has a direct access to the sandy beach. As the water is shallow and quiet, the beach is ideal for families with children. The large attraction is the garden room with the swimming pool which is heated by the sun. The 25 m2 large swimming pool can primarily be used from May 1st - September 30th where the temperature usually is between 18 - 28 degrees Celsius. Supplementary, electricity can be used to heat up the pool. This lovely holiday home is near activities such as golf, riding, tennis etc. There are only 12 km to Sæby with cosy streets, the old quarter and the harbour which are all worth a visit.
