Louiselund is a lovely and commodious country house of 724 m2, erected in 1999 on an 11,000-m2 nature site in scenic surroundings. The site has a private lake, where you are often able to observe the roe deer graze in the twilight (the lake is not fenced in).

The rendezvous of the house is the 202-m2 water complex, which is decorated in Greek/antique style with columns, capitals and round arches. Here you can amuse yourselves in a swimming pool of 74 m2 (14 m deep), a wonder whirlpool for 5 persons and a sauna. In connection with the pool section you will find an activity room (65 m2) with billiard table and a cosy corner.

The tastefully furnished living room with wood burning stove is combined with yet another living room, from where you can enjoy the sight of the Funen nature. Furthermore, TV with digital satellite, stereo with CD player, DVD player, video, telephone with counter as well as fax is available here.

In the well-equipped kitchen you can avail yourselves of 3 refrigerators, freezer (700 l), 2 cookers, 2 hot air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen you have direct access to the elegant dining room.

The 10 bedrooms are divided like this: 4 rooms with double bed, 5 with 2 single beds as well as 1 suite with double bed and private bathroom. All together, the house contains 5 bathrooms with shower and floor heating.

Furthermore, washing machine, tumbler, solarium, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are at your disposal in the house.

The country house is ideal for small conferences, representative arrangements, family reunions etc. Total service packages with stay, special service and menu can be arranged upon request.

Louiselund is not suitable for schools and youth groups. No more than 20 persons can occupy the house. On account of the size of Rosenholm and its swimming pool, you have to expect substantially higher energy costs here than in a traditional holiday home with swimming pool.
Please notice: The house is heated by means of oil and a water rate will be collected.
