This magnificent and luxurious country house is located in a scenic area with water, green meadows, beechwoods and hilly landscapes. From Kavalérhuset you can enjoy the view of the inlet Gamborg Fjord and the lake Føns Sø. Kavalérhuset has been erected on a 5,000-m2 parklike site, which is bordered by the inlet. A 100-metres long avenue leads through the park and up to the 572-m2-country house. The house was build out of white stones in 2001 has a black glazed roof.

Kavalérhuset offers a 209-m2 beautiful, tropical bathing area with 44 Byzantine marble columns, arched niches and sculptures. The imposing swimming pool has a size of 70 m2 and is 1.4 m deep. Furthermore, the section contains a wonderful whirlpool for 5 persons and a big sauna. From this bathing paradise you can enjoy the view of the park and the lake.

The dining room is connected with the open kitchen, which is equipped with hot air oven, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator and freezer (150 l). From the dining room you can see a small Japanese garden. However, the garden is not accessible, but you can make use of a lovely sun terrace on the spot.

On the first floor you will find a tastefully furnished living room with TV with digital satellite, stereo with CD player, DVD player, video and telephone with counter. From here you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the inlet.

Furthermore, Kavalérhuset contains solarium, washing machine, tumbler, cot and high chair.

5 bedrooms are situated in the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. The 6 spacious bedrooms all have a double bed and direct access to a private luxury bathroom with shower and floor heating as well as access to the park through barred French doors.

Kavalérhuset is located in completely undisturbed settings by the castle Sophienlyst Slot, and it has its own access roads and separate free spaces. The country house is ideal for small conferences, representative arrangements, family reunions etc. Kavalérhuset is not suitable for schools and youth groups, and no more than 12 persons can occupy the house.

On account of the size of Kavalérhuset and its swimming pool, you have to expect substantially higher energy costs here than in a traditional holiday home with swimming pool.
