This newly built Hungarian style villa, which is provided with all luxury and comfort, is located in the village of Fertöd. The Dutch owners opted for Fertöd, because of its very favourable location and the many recreational possibilities in the area. Also the beautiful baroque Esterházy castle, the Versailles of Hungary, in Fertöd is definitely worth paying a visit.The villa comes with a private swimming pool of 8m x 5m x 1,3 m. It has a filter installation, mosaic tiles, underwater lights and a flagstone terrace around the pool. Furthermore, you have a separate, covered barbeque area at your disposal. On top of that, there is a fully enclosed garden of 100 m2 with a beautiful wrought iron entrance gate on the front of the house. Inside the gate, there is enough space for 3 or 4 cars. Complete privacy so you can enjoy yourself to the fullest!Hungary is a beautiful holiday destination for everybody. It offers a rich nature as well as a wide range of possibilities for sports activities, nature outings, excursions, dining, cultural outings, etc.The population is friendly and hospitable and by our standards, life is very cheap. At a mere 10 euro per person you can already have a generous dinner.Hungary has a moderate land climate. During summer, the temperature is comparable to countries such as Spain, Italy and Turkey. In fact, Hungary enjoys an average of 2000 sun hours per year and the holiday season runs from early May until the end of October.It is possible to book this accommodation with less people for a lower price.
