For shared use: grounds 5'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, 01.01.-31.12.), patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: reception, bar, lounge, fitness room. Games room, laundry. Room cleaning on request (extra). 50 m footpath to the house. Parking in the grounds.
